1980 – The Beginning
Plantation Services was founded, bringing professional plant care to Arkansas businesses for the first time.
2011 – New Leadership
Robin Connell purchased the business, bringing fresh vision while maintaining our commitment to quality, community and trust.
2019 – New Location
Moved into our new Central Arkansas Location.
2021 – Brand Evolution
We celebrated our 40th anniversary by evolving into Leafscape, a name that better reflects our full-service approach to botanical design and care.
2023 – Northwest Arkansas Expansion
We established our NWA operations, bringing our expertise to our Northwest Arkansas friends and neighbors.

Robin Connell, Owner
Robin’s journey with Leafscape began in 2006 when she started working for the company, doing every job from plant care to operations management. Since purchasing the company in 2011, she has expanded the business by building strong relationships with customers across Central and Northwest Arkansas and assembling an incredible team that brings genuine enthusiasm to their work. Known for her hands-on approach and genuine passion for plants, Robin maintains the personal touch that has made Leafscape the trusted choice for Arkansas businesses for over 45 years.
